Production

The production is mostly carried on the NATIONAL, HILGELAND, SACMA, CARLO SALVI and MALMEDIE machines, while the heat treatment is proceeded on furnaces AICHELIN.

We sell all standard products in standard and non-standard dimensions, and also supply of non-standard products from the company D.I.V. from Croatia. We also import the products of the production processes of chemical pickling and phosphating for wire rods and bars, wire and rods drawing, cold and hot forging, thread rolling, stamping, grinding, milling, heat treatment and case hardening, galvanization line with new ECO cromiting without Cr(VI), and hot dip galvanizing and phosphate coatings.

 

Products

The primary production is based on DIN, EN, ANSI and UNI standards, or, transferred into DIN standards, DIN 931, 933, 934, 603, 960, 961, 6914, 912, 7990, 571 in dimensions M2,5-M30 up to length of 250 mm with cold forging technology, and from M12-M120 up to 1.200 mm length by hot forging technology. All of this can be in qualities 5.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, A2 and A4 for the screws, and in 6, 8, 10, 12, A2 and A4 for the nuts. We also use special materials, such as aluminium, brass and copper, or Nimonic, high temperature resistance steel.

 

 

Our products can have all surface protections (yellow Cr(III), blue Cr(III), black passivation), plus additional sealing for better corrosion resistance and better friction. Besides the mentioned standards, we also produce standard and non-standard fastener goods, especially products according to customer drawings, mainly for automotive, electro, oil, petroleum, construction and other related industries.

Environment protection

We are planning to improve quality of our products, in order to follow the technological development and to achieve as much as possible in preservation of the nature and environment, as well as in raising of the ecological awareness with our example of waste water cleansing and restoring of refuse materials and liquids.
Although the ISO 14001 in DIV itself hasn't been implemented yet the emissions management system is set, as well as the environment control system.
This means that all our plants clean their waste waters by applying oil separators and other technical solutions, acids are being neutralized before dumping and all waste, dangerous and safe, is being taken care of by certified companies, in compliance with strict law requirements.
